I use this cleaners exclusively and have not had any major problems. I understand that I am going to a very low priced cleaners; so if I see a minor scortch or flaw on a garment I am not going to sue! I have not had any customer service problems with the employees at all. In saying that, I understand that many cultures as well as people without customer service skills will not greet you and may treat you not like you may expect. With that said I recommend this cleaners and I am a picky person!!!
